ATHLETE PROFILE
Ramsford’s passion for fitness started when he turned to martial arts at a young age to keep himself out of trouble. He credits martial arts for teaching him the dedication, discipline and commitment that he has carried with him throughout his fitness career.
When Ramsford joined the Armed Forces, his passion for improvement and his commitment to being in peak physical condition earned him a place at the Army School of Physical Training in Aldershot where he embarked on a P.T instructor course. It was here that he won the best student achievement and was asked to stay on at the school to continue his P.T work.
At the end of his military career he continued to build his physique, trained hard and began competing in bodybuilding and physique competitions. It was during this time he carved out a reputation as an athlete with an insatiable hunger for improvement while staying committed to being healthy, safe and clean.
After dominating bodybuilding competitions for well over a decade, Ramsford took a break to raise a family. Soon enough he was feeling the call of competition once again, and has begun training in order to return to competition in 2016 with the help of CrazyBulk’s sponsorship.

Why did Randy choose to become a CrazyBulk athlete?
“What drew me to CrazyBulk was the information I received. Especially the nutritional side of things. When I started looking into the natural aspects of the products it encouraged me to get in contact and form a relationship.
The supplements I’ve used from CrazyBulk do what they say they will do – we’re on the same page. And it encouraged me to pursue the products a bit more.”
What Makes Randy Tick?
What inspires you?
Well, since I started Judo when I was 11 or 12 I was originally inspired by guys like Bruce Lee. Even back then I had a six pack and muscles. But when it comes to weightlifting and bodybuilding, I was originally inspired by seeing Charles Atlas in a magazine. More recently I’ve been more inspired by what I want to achieve. I want a body to be proud of, so I do it for myself, so I look the part.
What’s your favourite exercise in the gym?
I would say any exercise that works my back. But I do love all of them! You see guys with a huge upper body and tiny legs, and it makes me want to work on whatever part of my body I perceive to be a weakness. So whatever I think needs improving becomes my favourite exercise.
How do you stay motivated?
Okay, we’re all motivated in different ways. Whether you’re trying to get a beach body, or trying to impress someone else, you’ll find your own motivation – but it’s got to be a genuine motivation… and it can only come from yourself. Once you’ve eliminated every negative thing that’s going to stop you from moving forward, that’s the only way you can think about motivating yourself to move to that next level.
Randy's #1 bodybuilding tip
First of all, I would recommend taking a look at the nutrition side of things. If your training is suffering for any reason, it always boils back down to a few things: nutrition and bad training practices. I would say look at that and make sure you’ve got the correct diet. Then look at how you’re training for that specific exercise. 70% of your performance and how you look is based around your foods.

Testo-Max
“I’ve found Testo-Max to be an essential part of my supplementation because no matter what you’re doing in the gym, and no matter what level you are at, you need to have high testosterone levels in your body in order to get the most out of your workouts.”

“I like HGH-X2 for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it’s great for building muscle. Secondly, having high HGH levels in your body has a variety of natural benefits for general health too, it allows you to recover more quickly as well as strengthening joints, muscles and tendons.”
View Now ►Anadrole
“Anadrole is great for the muscle building process, and it definitely gives you an extra “boost” during your workout. I’ve actually recommended it to some of my personal training clients too. And they swear by it. They really noticed the difference it has made to their workouts.”
