No. We would recommend rotating the two cutting and bulking stacks in 8-week cycles for best results.

It’s impossible to bulk and cut at the same time, so you’ll need to pick your priorities and run them in cycles to achieve your gains goals. 

You can mix and match all products EXCEPT for Osta 2866, Testol 140 and Stena 9009. You can take 2 of these together but not all three, this is due to the high magnesium in the products. We recommend customers taking the expert created stacks and single products.
