Did you have any changes in strength?
I added ten pounds to my bicep curl and fifty pounds to my squat. Overall it was easier and faster for me to move up weight sets during this past month.
What’s your training program?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I worked out for two hours. The first hour I worked arms. The second hour I worked abs.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I worked out legs. I did leg work for 45 minutes and abs for an hour.
Sunday was my random day. It was the day I most enjoyed because it was my day to work whatever I felt I didn’t work hard enough during the week.
